About IMG
Inti Marina Global is a recruitment brand.
Powered by PT Sarimadu Jayanusa
Inti Marina Global (IMG) is the international recruitment brand operated by PT Sarimadu Jayanusa — a legally registered Indonesian company with full SIP2MI and P3MI licensing for overseas labor placement.
Behind the brand is a team that understands both sides of the table: the expectations of global hotel operators, and the potential of Indonesia's best hospitality talent.
Our Mission
The talent pipeline
Indonesia deserves.
IMG was founded to transform global talent acquisition. We create structured, transparent, and ethically aligned recruitment frameworks that connect qualified Indonesian candidates with world-class hospitality and maritime partners.
The result: career-ready talent, effortless compliance for partners, and a thriving future for the global mobility of Indonesian workers.
Compliance First
SIP2MI licensing is not a checkbox for us — it is the foundation of everything we do. Your audit trail is always ready.
Radical Transparency
Our partner portal gives you real-time visibility into every placement. No black boxes, no surprises.
Quality over Volume
We'd rather place fewer people well than many people poorly. Every candidate is personally screened by our team.
Our Origin
Built in Bali. Trusted in Europe.
Bali is not just our address — it's our competitive advantage. Balinese hospitality culture is world-renowned for warmth, precision, and guest-first thinking.
Cultural Heritage
Hospitality in the DNA
Balinese culture places guests above all else. This isn't trained — it's inherited. Our candidates bring genuine warmth that 5-star properties in Europe immediately notice.
Training Infrastructure
World-class vocational ecosystem
Indonesia has a deep network of government-accredited vocational institutions producing hospitality professionals trained to international standards from day one.
Track Record
Proven in global hospitality
Balinese hospitality professionals are already working in the world's leading hotels and cruise lines. IMG is the pipeline that makes this easier.
